A few glimpses from my professional journey
I’ve been fortunate to work with people and organizations across many contexts — each experience deepening my understanding of how growth and connection take place.
For more than fifteen years, I’ve worked with the development of people, teams, and organizations — across both private and public sectors, and within fields such as technology, services, retail, and culture.
My work has always been about creating movement and learning within systems — with a steady focus on the people behind the roles.
I have:
- facilitated leadership development programs for leaders and leadership teams, with an emphasis on learning leadership, collaboration, and change capability
- supported organizational development and culture building, often integrating lean thinking, collective ownership, and continuous learning
- worked with teams to strengthen trust, communication, and improvement practices
- designed and led courses and workshops on coaching, learning-oriented leadership, rhetoric, and customer dialogue
- coached leaders, founders, and specialists through demanding transitions and growth phases
- served as a mediator and facilitator in conflicts — in both workplace and restorative settings
- contributed to developing sales and service cultures, using the customer encounter as a space for leadership, learning, and growth
- developed practice-based concepts such as TeamLab, and GetHUMAN, combining reflection, collaboration, and real work situations
- worked as a mental coach for athletes and performance teams — focused on presence, mindset, and collective rhythm
Today, my main focus is on leadership as a relational practice — helping people cultivate awareness, safety, and precision in how they meet others.
