What experience has taught me

A few glimpses from my professional journey

I’ve been fortunate to work with people and organizations in many different settings.

Looking back, I don’t see a collection of positions or projects.

I see one continuous exploration of the same question:

What helps people grow stronger together?

For more than fifteen years, I’ve worked with leadership, organizational development, coaching and learning across both the private and public sectors. I’ve worked with technology companies, retailers, public services, entrepreneurs, athletes, and today with leaders and colleagues at the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet.

The contexts have been different.

The lesson has remained remarkably consistent.

Sustainable results rarely begin with better strategies alone. They emerge when people experience trust, think more clearly together, and have conversations that create movement rather than resistance.

Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of:

  • Designing and facilitating leadership development for leaders and leadership teams.
  • Supporting organizational development, cultural change and continuous improvement.
  • Helping teams strengthen trust, communication and collective ownership.
  • Coaching leaders, founders and specialists through demanding transitions and periods of growth.
  • Serving as a mediator and dialogue facilitator in workplace and restorative conflicts.
  • Designing workshops on coaching, learning-oriented leadership, communication and customer dialogue.
  • Developing practical concepts such as TeamLab and GetHUMAN, where reflection, collaboration and everyday work become one learning arena.
  • Working as a mental coach for athletes and performance teams, focusing on presence, mindset and collective rhythm.

Along the way, I’ve also had the opportunity to travel extensively and learn from people and cultures very different from my own. Experiences from South Africa, Siberia, Mongolia, North and South America have shaped and sharpened my contribution as an facilitator and mediator.
